Epic Cards Battle

I have found a bug with twisting nether. Me and my opponent both used even fairy. My twisting nether damaged my fairy but his were immune. Shouldn't it be one or the other? Either all fairys should have taken damage or all should have been immune.

I understand what ecb was trying to do with the entrapment card. But I think it backfired.... the only people using it are top ranked players. So now you can't use epics against their leg cards. Also how about a reflect card. One with five charges that reflect spells back against their user?
