I am not perfectly happy with how the abuse problem was solved but I am very glad that finally something was done to end a long period of cheating in the game. It was about time.

I hope we can now enjoy the game again with fair play and respect to any player.

I don't think it is a good solution what you are proposing. If you just change the matching system so that players who already lost on purpose to each other will no longer be paired, this opens another door for abuse. Any player could loose purposely on the players he don't like to play, most likely...
