Chain lighting needs to be banned from hardcore mode, don't know how it hasn't been yet

The card needs to be banned in pro and hardcore modes ASAP, it completely destroys this game, all tcg games have bans, and when it gets banned don't cry u got your free wins already (by cheating) with the this card.
