Since there is no info in the game about it:
Try to invite others to became your friend. Their level may only differ 10 with yours.
GIFTing and TAKing gold is free: taking gold adds to your amount, but giving is free, no subtraction. You can only gift the amount of your level up to 50.

The red damage vanishes to quickly behind the total health bar. Even on lowest speed.

I experience the same on exit. Have to close Oops.exe with tasmanager because pressing OK hangs the system.
