30k gold on 3x packs .. what did i get ? 15 gold cards. This is just pointless .. grinding gold like some china farmer and not being rewarded makes this games pointless.
I might fight a few times but i am for sure not going to follow this anymore

i feel your pain vesalis but 30,000 is not really that much to save up, I would advise getting the 2500 in future though, i have pulled many blues from them.
It is a risky pack hence the price, and although i dont buy them i still see their entertainment value and believe the story would be different if a purple or epic was pulled... I would certainly be happy to spend 200,000 in saved coins to receieve a purple or epic.

The Crystal Pack is just a joke, dude.
It make people to gamble, and the loser just leave.
That's why the new players are far more lesser than previous version.
Yes, free player can get epic cards sounds temptation, but people will just satisfy when they got them at most 2%-5%. Or u need to declare the real ration of epic card.
Otherwise, people will feel frustration and think being fooled.
P.S: as i now, there are two people get the epic card from Crystal.
One have a archangel in England, One have frost wyrm in China. They got the epic for just one shot!
But they also don't play this game anymore for i know.
Epic card are too expensive to level up for free player.
And when they playing their gold in the Crystal Casino, they don't have enough gold to exchange rubies.
Got the epic don't make them stronger, so they quit....
It's the same in Card Loot mode.
New Players wan't give a try, but once they lose 1or2 diamond cards. They can't afford the 35 diamonds to revive the cards. So they quit too...
These game are basicly not encourage players play more and more. And have different ways to make player leave....In chinese, we said that "自带多种不同作死手法"

That's because ECB have a great balance in funny and simple as a mobile game.(Many others are stupid or waste of time) And I respect your hard work and understand service need price.
I think u guys should responce to players more quickly and not just close door doing your development.
It make people to gamble, and the loser just leave.

I agree with putt, Crystall pack dangerous for new player, beacuse thip pack burn the money what come from level up rewards.
With low legend/epic chance new player don't get realy strong card, if he huge luck, get one.
(but he can't level up, beacuse the insane high ruby request.)
New players must buy Lucky pack.

Okay, I think you have read about my bad luck, when I bought 13 packs (130 000 gold) and get nothing new except summer time, and no legendary and epic cards.
Today, I bought again this pack. I got: Thundersgod's Wrath (I didn't have this card until now, imagine that)
, so this is a new card to me. Another cards I got were Hellhouns, Explosion, Courage (I have all of these cards). The 5th card was legendary card named High Magister. I had one before, now I have 2 of this card. However, I am satisfied and happy with this (as I know my bad luck).

Putt H is clear enough and i agree too. Also, this game need patience to try different tactics and knowledge about the cards. Don't give up !

Made a suggestion that the crystal pack drops at least one diamond if you agree pls comment. Also, Didn't realize devs got greedy again and made diamond cards cost 35 gems in loot.
Lost badly to putt by the way. Hahaha no hard feelings but need to study the meta again before I start playing loot again.

I agree! If lucky star guarantee at least 1 gold card so why not crystal flowers guarantee at least 1 diamond card? I think this sounds more attractive:P
