Id like to add to this, that possibly Carp Expierence could be capped per Card rank.
Examples:
Silver and Gold can get up to lvl 40 with Card Expierence
Diamond can go up to 30
Legendary up to 25
Epic up to 20.
Something along these lines. If that will help to get Card Experience than I think players would be still for it. So players can strengthen their cards but not get them to the point of high paying players. This could also entice players to spend on Rubies to get them over the hump of the cap.
Just a thought.
