chat room banishment

I have found out the Tr@1neex and Ubieca have been banned from in game chat. I'm sure their banishment was probably justified. But you should strongly consider reinstating them. They both help new players more than just about anyone in the game. Every time I go into chat I would see one of them helping answer questions about the game or helping a new player with a campaign quest.

I'm not sure the reason for them being banned. I'm sure it was justified. My 7 year old plays this game and I do like the fact that players can and will be banned from chat for language or for being inappropriate.

My suggestion is this. Ban from chat for 3 days for first offense, 7 days for second offense and banned for good for the third offense. This way the player will have a chance to correct their behavior and still be active in the game. If they cannot learn from their mistakes, then ban then for good.

Please take this into consideration. Thank you.

I agree Bum. I believe a system could be put in place where warnings are given first, before permanent banning. A majority of players are here to help and encourage each other, to make this an enjoyable game for all. I hope MomoStorm will seriously consider your good suggestion.

yeah... but ECB i think that before u ban someone please warning them first.. all the game are the same.. we make wrong, GM pm us or warning message coming for 3 times and then ban.. please reconsider and disban them. they help new player and help me alot..

Oh dear this is sad news indeed. Ubieca single handledly kept the ECB chat alive in there.
