Everything started with my comment (and many players agreed it), so as Putt said, it would be the best if I write a new topic about this thing.

Firstly, this is my comment

"Seriously, THE WORST thing in this situation is not that cards are expensive or you need too much rubies for upgrade, or whatever... THE WORST thing is that administrators don't visit this forum so often, and they inform us about the news once monthly !!!

Admins, please correct that thing. We are customers. If not me, there are a lot of other players that spent so much money on this game. They don't deserve this. We need informations and better communication between us (customers and administrators). I really don't like the way you disappear...you told us in the begin of May that this month there will be a new update, and you just disappeared...no news, no updates. Tell us about some news you think to implement, so you can check if it will work great or it won't be accepted among the players.

I will tell you again, I am not saying this because I don't like the game or something like that. We (players) just need to read more news and communicate with you about them. Spend more time reading (and replying to) our posts and ideas, please "

I think you can understand the point of this topic just by reading the comment BUT I would like to add something.

Administrators, I believe your work is not easy, I believe you have other things to do too, but guys...I have not seen a forum in which administrators have not logged in for longer than a day. You must come so often here. Why?

1 - A lot of players are not satisfied because of that. You wrote about 1.8 version and you just disappeared. No news, no updates.
2 - If some players want to spend some money and they see that administrators are not visiting the forum for a days or weeks, they will think that you are not serious.
3 - If we communicate more often, you can make better progress.


Another thing, PLEASE advertise the game. This is beautiful game with beautiful effects and gameplay. It is so sad when I see some stupid games have 5 times more players than ECB.

If you don't have enough time or team members, we are here to help you, don't forget that.

For the end, I would like to say something to you, players. Please, comment about this, if I am right or not. And of course, come more often to a forum.

sometimes i have feeling like 5 people working on this game in free time...that is not serious...not even close...
when they told us about update they disappear (they are on havaii with all money that players spend)
as i see things, they don t care about are opinion, they care only about money

The previews of v18 is nearly a month ago. we need more feedback from our loved game.

The same, like Goce. I'm new here and love this game and I met a friends here. This is awesome to find a friendly people and good communication. In the same time i can't see admin and any communication with us. I don't know the reason, but this is not good for the future . Will be sorry if this game die.

On top of being ghosts, who ever is behind the Admin name has had a few harsh remarks to myself and other players over the months. I understand there can be a little language barrier but politeness is universal. Especially if this Admin guy is the ONLY connection to the players and the game, it should be taken more seriously and professionally. Also more open. "Patch coming soon"... 4 weeks later. Not even a word.

Like Goce said, we are here for you (ECB). We come to forums because we all enjoy this game. But we dont get nearly as much back as we put into here. A few lines of "Good idea, will try to put into future of game" stuff like that. Its not enough.

We are the reason this game is doing well, at least I think it is. We play and some pay to support this game. And we dont get treated like we should. ECB has a small player base as it is. You'd think they would open up more and interact with the loyal fans and customers.

+1 for Advertising more as well.

I hope ECB will understand us. As PennFifteen said, the admin must be a professional. By the way, as I can see, there is only one admin account here...too bad.
