-1 cd is useless.
+1 times of usage of restrict trap
and +10% effect of other trap will be more strategy.

that suggestion is base on this version that we can see the faction of trap while summoning the cards.
if we can't see the faction of trap in new version, -1 cd is OK, my suggestive bonus will be OP.
