Device ban. Cheating detected

Hello,
an hour ago I was playing coins bet when suddenly I got logged out.
When I try to login now it appears a message "Device ban. Reason: Cheating detected."

I hope this is some kind of mistake because I have no idea what I did that could be seen as cheating.
Also I have no idea on how to possibly cheat in this game.
I have invested 75 Euro, brought my wife to play this game too, gave a good rating at Google Play store and also the Apple Appstore. So I hope I will get at least an email from you trying to explain the circumstances that lead you to this decision.

While trying to find out what rules I have broken, I failed to find ANY rules for this game.
Also the FAQ says:
Do I need to know any rules about TCG?

You do not need to know anything about TCG rules, as long as you are able to drag cards into slots, you are ready to go.
So even if there are no rules, even cheats should be allowed.
Especially when my act of "cheating" was related to some kind of, an by myself unnoticed, bug happening during the last update, I hope you will reconsider your decision and take the ban away.

I would have written one too, but I could not find any contact information on the website.

Don't worry. Please contact support@momostorm.com. Our stuff will investigate. If found its a fault, you will also get compensation.

Thanks for the help.
I wrote an email and got my account reactivated and some diamonds as compensation. :)
