The declining free player base

So numbers after last update went from 450 oine to 350 online at any time. From most of what I heard from talk this was mainly due to taking away the ability to grind away at gold. This was reduced significantly. Coin bet cut in half and ladder reward taken away. Plus having to battle for the reward taking away from players who couldn't play everyday before and are now missing out. Here are some suggestions bc several pay players I talk to are getting increasingly annoyed with playing bots even in ladder!
1. Give reward for ladder win: 50 gold. Loss is ok you lose nothing. This encourages free players to play ladder which is most important aspect of this game. This encourages them to play as many games as possible rather than get frustrated to win five games and hardly feel the reward is worth it. Please sweeten the pot in regards to incentivizing more ladder play so that we don't see bkts ever again thank you.
2. Same can be done for pro bet mode. Get rid of it and let it become pro ladder mode. Play and get 50 coin for win and 0 coin for loss. Let players play penalty free. Why? Bc pentiea frustrate people and discourage the from playing then bkts have to take their place.
3. Add another one or two milestones for ladder. Currently you get reward for 5 and 10 ladder wins. Perhaps add another reward for 15 ladder wins or maybe even one more after that. Why? Bc it's important for that free guy or pay guy to play more games to maintain a strong diverse ladder filled with a large pool of people. I would be ok if these next rewards were even just gold. Most free players cannot accumulate enough gold to but a lucky stars pack a day. Let's get back to similar number to prior update in terms of gold accumulation. Say you can cap at 5000 or 6000 gold a day through playing if you have fear of over farming.
4.we will wait and see what the next update will bring. You have already let us know there are some new battle modes
Coming so we are excited to see what they are and if they can address some of these problems. Take a look at the amount of gold free players are acquiring and compare number of free players in this update to prior update. You should see a decline and then ask yourself what contributed to this. Word of mouth here talking to others is the gold is the reason.
5. More gold in guild ladder reward. Some players join guild and then after getting their first reward and see how little it is decide it was a mistake to come back to the game. They go away a second time. Even if you don't give more ru Ira lets increase gold by factor of ten.
