Problem with Login

Hello

I've been playing since the beggining of January, I created a login with my email and not facebook. This morning I accidentaly clicked Facebook Login. When I closed the game and reopened and entered my email and password it says I can only have 1 account per phone. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled and when I logged in on my account, it says I need to create a new player.

I payed alot of money for cards and now I can't login. Can you help me
