Wait Friend To Finish Last Battle bug

hey me and my friend play against each other so we request battle a lot of times and once it happened a month ago that the battle was over and then when i requested another battle it said that wait friend to finish last battle, my friend tried it to it said the same thing to him and it keeps doing this since...we tried everything even delete the game and instal it again and still nothing.
Any help?
