SHOP: Connection Problems, No Cards :(

Hey,
a few minutes ago, i buyed the LUCKY STARS Pack...
It loaded and loaded and the message "connecting" was there... After 30 sek it pop up to "WWW RESQUEST Timeout" i lose the money and get NO CARDS
2498 Coins for Nothing
a bug?

Me too.. i buy lucky pack then i open it, when i open, my tab go low battery, and when im back to game, i dont have cards receive, what cabn i do.. my 2498 gold has gone to nothing.. help plz

Did you get a count beforehand? You still get the cards even if you don't open the pack. See if you have any cards you don't remember having before.
Otherwise, probably a bug, but I'm betting on the first paragraph.

Hi player. If your coins are deducted, your cards will be there. This is confirmed because cards are added before coins deducted.
If its not refreshed due to connection issue, you could re-login.

Version 1.8 and same problem again
And now i am SURE that i have NO Cards. checked it.
