Epic Cards Battle

I recently got a standard pack and it was missing one of the card it said I got. I was supposed to get one of the Gold Cards that is it girland sheboost her defense every time she attacked someone and their defense goes down by 20. However when I looked at my cards to play her, she wasn't there. Has anyone else seen this type of thing. Scratch that... I just want the card.also, I was given a warning when I put together a cards set saying that I was trying to do some sort of it illegal move and I would get only one more warning before I would be permanently banned. But I have no idea what or why!I didn't do anything different from h

Have you carelessly sacrificed or sold the Faerie Dragon (the gold card you mentioned)?

Regarding the warning, what were you doing when seeing that? Building a deck and having matches? What cards you have put? I have never seen that. Can you describe more in details?

I highly doubt that I sacrificed the card as I barely use that feature. I did happen to open 2 packs back to back and then immediately went to look at it. I honestly could not say if all the rest from the pack were missing too as they were all common cards.

As far as what I was doing: I just pressed 'find match' after building a deck in quick mode (practice mode).
