Epic Cards Battle

this occurs due to the allowance of multiple accounts on a single device via uninstallation and reinstallation. i recently redownloaded the app and started a new account for a fresh go at the game but after i exited and restarted im now unable to access either of my accounts. Id like to be able to play the game on this device as im no where near the point of buying another. Any help? Ive already notified support via email

I used a siblings phone to make my main account, incase it failed and went wrong I could then make my main main on my own phone but gladly, I've only ever made one account but I believe I think it should actually be one per phone if i am mistaken.
