How is it that other people can use Cyclops against me, but I cannot use it myself?

When your opponent has a cyclops, it is because you are facing a bot.
No real player can select Cyclops.
I have post a message regarding bots but it has been deleted !

I face Cyclops units when playing global practice matches. So not all of the opponents you face in the global practice matches are people. Is that correct?
