Shop bug, can't buy diamonds

I visited the shop to buy some diamonds for the first time but I couldn't. I click on the amount of diamonds I want, I then click buy, but nothing happens. Shouldn't I be prompted somewhere in order to pay?

Are you using Android? Do you have Google Play installed?

I have the same problem when use mobile net. When is wi-fi no problem to buy.
