Lizardman special ability not working

It's even easy to confirm by doing the Campaign mission against the Cyclops.

Cyclops has heavy armor and should be delayed by 5 when attacked by the Lizardman.

When the Lizardman attacks, it shows the floating text, but the Cyclops actual timer doesn't change and he continues to trigger just before the Lizardman.

If it was working correctly, the Cyclops should hit first on 7, then the Lizardman on 8, then the Cyclops should be set to 12, which would allow the Lizardman to strike first in the next cycle.

While I'm at it, I also believe that Blizzard fails to add a delay as well.

Hi the delay of these type can never increase the cd of the card beyond its max cool down. In the case of cyclops his cd can never exceed 7. So let's say cyclops attacks at 7 seconds then one second later lizard man attacks cyclops. At one second later the cyclops cd is at 6 seconds. Lizard man can now only push his cd back to 7 which is only 1 second. Now let's say that lizard man attacks a 9s cd unit with heavy armor. At 8seconds when the lizaran attacks the other unit is currently at 1 second. Now the lizard man pushes that card back to 6 seconds.

In the case of blizzard and frost bolt the same applies bc it doesn't change max cd it changes "current" cd. For this reason you would ideally put blizzard to the far left or first in your deck. If blizzard goes off at 10 seconds before an opposing 10 second unit attack it pushes that unit back 5 seconds. But if that 10 second unit attacks before the blizzard goes off then that unit resets to 10 and the blizzard is unable to push it back at all. Placing blizzard first is extremely effective to gain this advantage and even more powerful when faction bonused.
