Bug in purchasing diamond pack

Yesterday I clicked " purchase" for the 105 diamond pack and the app crashed. When I relaunch the app, the diamond pack wasn't given to me.. Assuming the initial attempt failed, I purchase the pack again and this time it was successful. However to my surprise, I found out today that I was billed twice for that single 105 diamond pack....(receipt 190067092415 & 190067092414). Please help refund, or least credit the 105 diamond back to my game account. Thanks.

IAP has done this to me two or three times as well. Email them, ECB has always been good to take care of you afterward (sometimes you have to wait for somebody to answer your email). Just email support@momostorm.com.

I purchased a bag of diamonds (105 diamonds) but only received 50 diamonds. I already received my iTunes Store receipt and made the necessary complaint. I was told to relay my concern directly to the game developer as they can't do anything about it! I want to receive the correct amount of diamonds I purchased.
