Vip total cost?

I want to upgrade to vip 3 but i want to know the total cost.. can somebody tell me??

V.I.P 1 = 15
V.I.P 2 = 39
V.I.P 3 = 79
Giving you a grand total of 133 diamonds.
All V.I.P will total up to 700+ diamonds I believe.

Once you are there.... do max VIP direct purchase Epic/Legendary cards with coin or crystal? And about how much per?

75 diamonds per legend
765 diamonds per epic

Is this still valid?
Because i see V.I.P 1 = 17diamonds (discount from 19)
