Epic Cards Battle

Hi im emperor702 I am fairly new and spent allmost 100$ on diamonds to get cards well after all that money spent I got 4 legend cards and cant even use 1 then I played a cards loot and lost them all I spent alot of money and feel u should reimburse me for my cards I lost I spent 100$ and got no epic cards and just 4legend cards I feel ripped off can u help me just this 1 time

I got crap cards now I spent alot of cash and I feel u can atleast return the cards lost I spent good money on it was an accident I thought u would only have a single pick out of opponents deck instead it took all please fix this I love the game but wont put another dollar into it till this is fixed please help everyone that pays for cards should have 1safety because I never read they would take all cards in deck this is not fair I payed for u to give me crap in thos card packs I mean its robbery and I think it needs to be looked into please work with me

I'm not even a developer so I can't do anything, you literally just got extremely bad pack luck, like before spending money you should have come on the forums for strong advice.

The devs can't just hand good cards over, they won't because it is packs you opened therefore it isn't guaranteed that the big spending will even get what you want.

Which is why players upgrade to V.I.P 5 & 6.
These upgrades mean you can buy Legend and Epic cards directly from the shop, separate from packs.

So, I am afraid you have really been unlucky, best I and players on forum could do is help you figure out ways of using the cards you have.

Also, there is so much information provided in game and on forum about each mode in the game.
Sadly, you were not aware of this which is no ones fault. The developers won't give back cards because you lost them in a fair and square.

Only advice I can give is take your time in future and learn everything you need to before going on with anything. Read as much as you can and ask questions here in forums and I'm sure myself of a fellow player can get to you.

Ok I understand bad luck but how is it fair to let people with epic cards battle people without it is wrong and unfair I will request a full refund and will write about how this is a blatant scam and im sure the developer is verry happy how he has scammed the public I know it not only is to expensive but not worth it considering you have cards I cant even use that I payed for so on that note u have broken rules and polices of terms of service I suggest u come down on prices and not release any cards that cant be used iv waited allmost a month to use the cards I payed for yet its still not available that is pretty much stealing from your players

I would do as I suggested and atleast try to give me my diamonds back I know u cant return cards but u can give away diamonds and thats what im requesting im not asking the world but dang u cant sell stuff u dont got its illegal and will be reported if not rectified immediately thank you im sure u will agree its not worth cheating me when your rolling in innocent players cash

I'm sorry, you feel like this but please I'm not a developer, I can use this as evidence of harassment as I clearly said I'm not a developer, I am just a guy on the forums which is here to help everybody but you're being blinded by your rage, please calm down.

1) You sadly won't win compensation.

2) for many reasons, one being, nobody forced you to spend on the game.

3) it's down to the player on how much research they do into the game to avoid mishaps/become the very best

4) it isn't like there are not places where you could have gone or asked for help

Example = here on the forum, support@momostorm.com (support team email which is provided in game under the library tab) etc.

5) There is no scam because you opened packs which meant spending money 2 things which were YOUR own choice. Just like if someone plays Maiden, NFL or FIFA Ultimate Team. The person decides whether they want to spend money and if it is worth it. You chose to and sadly because you were in a rush, had messed up and was not as lucky.

I've offered to help you but it seems you're only after a compensation that the developers won't give.

Well said but you got to agree that I got that angela amulet I cant even use and if I would of been able to use it I maybe wouldnt have lost that loot match so I will take u up on your offer for helping me if it still stands if u can just agree that letting people buy cards they cant use is somthing that needs to be fixed and thank you sorry blew up earlier

It's packs, so it's completely random, like I said
You could have just upgraded to V.I.P 5 which allows you to buy what legend you want separately.

V.I.P 6 allows you to buy what epic card you want separately.
It also increases experience boost, daily coins and card protection in loot battles.

You have not being done over, you really just rushed and done over yourself sadly, you know it but cannot seem to let it go.

A simple thing as a newbie would have been to keep the cards and just use practice mode till you got answers about everything.
