Ummmm... if I understand your question correctly...

Money bonus:
If you mean VIP upgrades, it just means that you get more money per hour.
If you mean the play rewards limit, then it just means that you can accumulate more money before it maxes out.

Diamonds:
Three ways of getting them. 1) Report bugs, 2) get three stars on the campaigns, and 3) buying them.

If you mean the cards, you can buy packs or win them in pro mode. It doesn't look like you can buy them from the shop anymore.

Supplement:

1. You could get diamonds in ladder which will be open soon.
2. There will also be special mission that rewards diamonds available limited time in future.
