My math said that spending 100 diamonds to buy packs then sacrificing them for rubies could result in 1,950 to 2,600 rubies. I'm still in a little disbelief over this, so I'm going to take one for the team and test this out. I just bought the diamonds, and this is where I'm starting:
18,432 gold
402 rubies
I noted down how many of each card I currently have, and will sell off anything I pick up here.
I bought the Large Coins Chest, bringing my gold to 50,932, which I'll now use to purchase 13 packs of Lucky Stars. Let's see how lucky my stars turn out:
Silver: 39 new cards
Golden: 22 new cards
Diamond: 4 new cards
Legend: 0 new cards
Epic: 0 new cards (Didn't expect any)
I was also left with 18,458 gold... a 26 gold increase. WOOT! WOOT!
After disenchanting these 65 new cards, I ended up with...
Rubies: 1,113, or a net increase of 711. That gives us 711/13 packs, or 54 rubies per pack.
And just now I realized the flaw in my math. My argument to EBC was that buying 3 packs would only get you 150 rubies, and EBC said it would be closer to 200. For some reason, per 1 pack stuck in my head, so I'm off by a factor of 3. Oops. This math shows that 3 packs got me, on average, 164 rubies.
Now I can go adjust my math in the previous post. I hope you guys found something of worth in this.
