When does the ladder end?

It says on the 3rd, which is tomorrow. Is that when tomorrow morning's (in the US) is finished, or is it the day after that?
I want my $5 worth of diamonds, dangit!!!

From the Ladder Info page, the Ladder is "now"
02/02/2014 - 02/04/2014, so what happened to the time spent in January 2014? Doesn't look like the points were reset.
And I'm hoping it's MM/DD/YYYY format.....
