Unit Cooldown timer are totaly broken

I saw this so many times now the the cooldown of the cards isnt right at all!

e.g. i played against someone hwo had these cards that activate at the start of the game and give +20att and +80 def, he had 3 of these, so his one Unit (Bear Warrior) had a massive amount of armor.
In my deck i have the spell Frost Bolt and it was hitting him and gave him about +30 sec. delay and still the bear warrior was faster then my units with 10 sec. cooldown (several times)!!

Same goes for other cards im looking at campain and see oh he has 16 sec cooldown my have 7, my units should attack twice bevore his, but NOPE. his unit was pretty much equaly fast...

please sort this out, its un"bear"able. no really its annoying me so much that nothing has the cooldown its saying... Its more like Epic i cant count battle for me atm. :/

You might add CD+30 to the bear but it won't exceed its max CD.

Just read and learn the rules.
