Necklet, QQ is a social networking platform originated in China. You may search for an mobile application QQ International version and register an account. Then send joining request to the group. Then we can chat like using whatsapp.

you may change the language in setting. Remember to check the one you downloaded is an international version,the icon is a penguin wiht 'hi' on the left.
