Does this game seriously limit me to having 10 friends? Is there some way to increase the max?

There is no way to raise the limit now. Sorry about that.

Think the other way - 10 (or even less) good friends are much better then tens of dead souls on the list Same as in real life, I believe

I have less then 10 friends in game (good to have you among them, btw) and I am usually able to make 10 battles a day with them.

I just feel terrible but I had to remove someone from my list to make room for a real-life friend.

This is the only game in this category I've ever seen with such an extremely low limit. It should be more like 100 friends ... that way people will play the game more. I really hope they change it ...
