Epic Cards Battle

So I just upgraded to VIP 6.

I figured epic cards would be sold directly for maybe 500 diamonds at the most. Nope they are 765 diamonds and that is with 10% off. Normal price is 999 diamonds. That is insanely high. Legendary cards are only 75 diamonds direct.

So the Legacy of the God's pack is 688 diamonds with 10% off right now. That is roughly $65 a pack. I have not bought one before because I am afraid I will get all gold cards. Is it worth it? In my opinion legacy of the god pack should give you all legendary and Epic cards. No gold or diamond. I hope they change that. So my question is for those that have bought one how many epic cards did ya get outta one pack?

you guys at epic cards need to lower the price. $50/500 diamonds is high enough for an epic card.

Expect exactly one epic, anywhere from 2-4 legend, the rest will be gold and diamond. Your best value is to wait till there is a daily reward for a free epic with 1800 diamonds. The epic is free
And you will have enough diamonds to either buy more epics or upgrade your cards a good bit.

What epic cards do you suggest buying?

They are all great but also have their weakness like any card out there. If you buy a pack your epic is randomly chosen. You have to have VIP 6 to buy direct for 755 diamond risk free. Creator is strongest right now but v1.9 is supposed to have a few new cards to deal with him and possible power nerf. Godfather is good vs anti magic and special attack deals with Aphrodite well but not so good vs devils daughter. Orochi is strongest but an ultimate seal hurts him bad. Goddess is great it all depends on your style of playing and what cards you need (special attack, heavy armor, 8s cooldown etc). Frost wyrm is great too highest hip of any card and hard to take down.

I bought a Phoenix. I thought it would be cool to run Phoenix with Vengeance. Unfortunately I misread Vengeance. Vengeance only triggers when an enemy unit kills one of your guys. So any spells or if Phoenix kills himself vengeance doesn't trigger. It does work sometimes... Still I have some other uses for the Phoenix.

I really like decks with synergy. So I love bears, succubus, bandits and poison elves.

Christina runs X2 lvl 50 The creator and a demon godfather. Not sure how to even counter that.

I will probably buy 1 epic every month. I don't think spending more then that is finacially responsible. This game is too expensive.

Yeah vip 6 then picking your Epic is the way to go. Its still very expensive indeed. yet here we are spending all this money

Hopefully they do decrease the prices a bit, it is ridiculous. I just kinda justify it as spending 50-100 a month on the game saying it is less than my car insurance lol. This game is great and so are the players, so I dont have a problem supporting it. I just hope the improvements keep on coming.

Frost Dragon
Godfather
Goddess of War
Phoenix/Orochi/Templar

Bookie is right, I would wait for a card to be offered in the Daily Rewards. Maybe not an epic but a Legendary you would like to purchase, then use that day to get your diamonds so you get a little more than usual.
