Epic Cards Battle

It's passed one month since i've written to support@momostorm.com but there's absolutely no reply.
So here i'm posting my letter to them.
Please note: These are only a part of the bugs i encounter - for the rest, it'd be best if i simply take a video of them.
So tell me if i should do that.

For the ECB2 game, there are a couple of bugs needing repair:

1:
My deck has the card "Magic overwhelm". The opponent's deck has "Paralysis".
When my "Magic overwhelm" is on standby, and the enemy's "Paralysis" activates, my card triggers (attacks) as usual and afterwards resets its own cooldown, and after that the enemy's "Paralysis" delays (attacks) the cooldown of my "Magic overwhelm" card (which has its cooldown at maximum).

2:
When viewing, for example, the ladder rankings, and my mouse is on somebody's name, the scrolling (with my mouse's scroller) does not work.

3:
I am sending you my game crash reports.
~30% of the times when closing the game properly it gives a black screen and freezes for ever (have to close it by task manager).
Now i simply press alt+f4

I experience the same on exit. Have to close Oops.exe with tasmanager because pressing OK hangs the system.
