Error Login into game

i cant login in it keep saying i already have a registered account but i dont and i cant login in please help me
There is a major error with the forum in terms of creating accounts and logging in. I'm not sure if others are experiencing it but this is something that probably needs to be further looked into.
Problem 1 - I have had issue getting locked out of my account. Despite typing in the login info and the password it won't take it even when typed correctly
Problem 2- If you are locked out, you get a red error message that states you have attempted to many logins and will now be required to enter the Captcha Code. Problem here is that on neither the desktop or the iphone X does the Captcha Code display. This means you are locked out indefinitely
This has resulted in me having to create 3-4 accounts on this forum to "start over" when I get indefinitely locked out
