Trigger Cards Question

Post by Monsta »

This may be a noob question...

I already looked though the forums and reviewed the in-game FAQ, and maybe I'm just not seeing it, but how can you tell by reading your cards which trigger card will activate with which unit card? I have been going about it trial-and-error style, but I'm sure there is a way to tell automatically.

Thanks all!

Trigger applied when condition on the Trigger is met.

It gets more complicated then that given theres Trigger vs Trigger interactions then theres timing involved (Havent quite gotten that part yet) . U will understand eventually, but as of yet theres no guidelines for that.

For specific triggers ill be glad to share anything i know. Feel free to ask

Well i try explain it.
Example 1: Your deck in order: Apprentice swordsman(Cooldown=CD 8), Slashing strike(CD 9),Princess Mia (CD 9), Duke vamp(CD 9)

So in the first round the tigger cards has no CD!!!, so it will be activate with the first unit, in this case who is Melee type.
So attack apprentice swordsman+Slashing strike, than Princess mia alone, Duke vamp alone. The next round, because the Apprentice swordsmna CD is shorter he will attack without trigger card, and princess mia will attack with the trigger card, and Duke vamp will attack alone.Princess mia and Duke vamp has the same CD, but the progress make first the card who is more left, this is very important and need to use in strategies!!Oh god, sorry my english is bad. I hope I helped a bit..

Thanks guys for the help. I was having a hard time matching up which trigger would pair with which unit card. I poked around in the game menu more and realized it is all explained when you go into Advanced and select to display only Unit cards, and from there I was able to figure out which card was a Magic/Special/Melee/Pierce attack card. I think I was just not paying very good attention before, but you all have been really helpful! Thank you!
