Dancer Question

Hi,

text on Dancer cars says:
"Each time this card activates, all other Area attack target units' current cooldown reduces by 1s".

Few unclearities about this wording and actual performance

- all other means "all area target units on the board, both mine and opponent's" or "only mine area target units". At present it seems that it works only for mine cards with area. It makes sense (why the hell should I boost enemy units???) but this is not what the text says (all means all)

- assume that you have Dancer (CD 9) on the max left and Storm Elemental (CD 9 too), with no other CD adjustmest (no enemys Blizzars, Dryads etc). Dancer activates and reduces Storm Elm. CD to 8. Should Storm Elm. activate this round (it is 9 sec of the battle, not 8) right after Dancer (again, no enemys CD adjustments etc) or not (too late, Storm is 8 and we have 9 sec now)

- what does it mean "current"? Does this effect stack (accumulates)? I mean - will other area attack units (base CD say 10) be reduced from 10 to 9 in 1st round, from 9 to 8 in 2nd round etc? Or maybe it works only 1 round, so from 10 to 9 in 1st round, from 10 to 9 in 2nd round etc

Thanks for info about it.

all other Area attack target units' current cooldown reduces by 1s~
Current CD is different from max CD~
Max CD is fixed with time while current CD varies with time.
E.g. Storm Elemental, after 9second of the battle, its current CD should be zero while max CD is still 9.

So if you put dancer before storm elemental, storm elemental will not benefit from dancer effect since when dancer activates, storm elemental's current CD is zero, reduction doesn't work.

In other case, you put 2 dancers before evil lich, after the second dancer activates, evil lich current CD will be zero too so will activate right after dancer.
