Epic Cards Battle

I have an issue with a card. The red dragon. It has a base cooldown of 10 but always seems to attack me first. This has time and again led to a loss due to expecting my oponents quicker cards to attack first. Has anyone else run into this problem?

this question has asked many times...
not only red dragon, ALL chaos attack type have 25% cool down reduce for first attack.
