Latest progress on new upcoming version v1.7

We will keep updating and to share about the development progress of the new version here.

There is gonna be lots of contents in the v1.7 as usual.

The team has gained quite a lot experience in the past and will try to achieve maximum satisfaction for the players in all updates, so that v1.7 is really something that should be looking forward to.

2014.1.20
- What have been confirmed so far is there will be a new faction joining the battles soon. And the number of new cards in v1.7 be will more than in v1.6.

- A new attack target - "Ability Optimized" for units. The idea is to let some cards to max its potential by selecting targets smartly. e.g. "Enchantress" will now aim the target having the same name as other 2 cards if any as the first priority target, and activate her ability to do quite some damage.

There will quite some units transferred into this attack target. It will definitely open a wider range of strategies to use and make a lot of cards useful again.

- New quests as usual. The difficulty is increasing and will be more challenge.

- Show additional info when viewing card. A lot of players especially new players find the info on the card is confusing. In new version, additional info will be given to explain what each icon stands for and list out the attack/armor matrix for reference.

- New VIP privilege: Purchase specific Legend or Epic Cards directly.

- Option to select a random deck by system.

- Card skill activation close-up effect in battle.

Thanks for communicating. I'm sure I speak for most of us when we say we love that communication is happening between the developers and the players.

Sounds exciting! If you can please keep a change log so players can adjust their strategies accordingly!

Hi Team,

I just have few suggestions for the new version you are going to launch:

First suggestion, Please remove these card pack thing and make all the epic and legendary cards available in shop to purchase. I purchased the pack where its mentioned that there are high chances to get legendary card. but instead of getting new cards after that first 1 or 2 time I kept getting same cards again and again.. so if there will be legendary and epic cards available in shop to purchase then it will be a good thing and we all will be able to purchase cards according to our desire instead of keep getting same cards again and again and wasting our money for nothing.

Second suggestion, instead of having 6 slots to add cards during battle, please introduce 12 slots. First 6 slots for unit cards and second 6 slots for trigger , magic type of cards. It will be a great change. Thanks.

I'm definitely looking forward to v1.7 is there a plan for the release date yet or anything else confirmed?

any deadline for the v1.7 upgrade?
or a new season of Ladder.

If there is a new season first, i suggest doing some changes in DP calculating to avoid another long boring season.
Don't let the player lose just 2-3times and lost 2 weeks DP they have.

Hey,

I would like to make a suggestion this is a Trading card game correct? or a hybrid of one anyways..... How about a place in game to trade cards with other players

trade cards for gems, cards for cards, cards for gold, you know a player posts a trade another player who likes the trade comes across the trade offer and accepts presto items switch hands it works fine in lots of other games cant be to complicated thanks for reading

What levels of VIP will have this privilege? Or it is for all of them?

I wrote to them about this on mail (before I came here). I did not receive any answer. That thing, trading, is the real thing that should be included in the game. There can be a legend for trading, let we say one diamond card = 2500 coins, or one legendary = 10 000 coins (these are just random numbers), OR the player can add a card on auction, and the one that gives the most, for let we say 2 or 3 hours, it takes the card.
And yes, there should be more variants for trading, as you said, cards for coins/diamonds/rubies. If not in 1.7, I hope they will involve it in 1.8.
