Common questions on v1.8 version

v1.8 is a major version update as an result of gathering feedback from our players. It address a lot of existing issues and bring great number of improvements to improve the overall game experience.
Here are the answers to the questions players most interested in.

1. Why "Hardcore Mode"?
Hardcore game mode is an different strategic play different from Pro Mode. In Pro Mode, the main strategy is to find way to conquer opponent's selected 2 cards at each move. The final deck will actually be very dynamic, and they might not be the very efficient combo of 6 cards.
a. However in Hardcore Mode, player is able to use "full" deck set of 6 cards.
b. Player need to predict the result of last stage and make next move.

2. Rubies are easier to get
This is a feedback from most players - Even they have the cards, but it's very difficult to earn rubies to enhance. The rubies required especially when cards get higher levels are tremendous.
And we always listen to players' thoughts. We make the rubies much easier to obtain in the latest version to help players get cards enhanced quickly.

3. New coins card pack.
We make another great move to provide a way to gain the rarest class of cards in the game without paying but instead of using in-game coins.

4. Reducing the enhancing effects.
We often get feedback from our free players that they can't fight against the players with high level cards because no matter what strategy they use, their deck will still be crashed due to the level gap. Players who are paying dominate the game.
It's definitely not Epic Cards Battle's original intention while we are trying to build a fair competitive statistic TCG for everyone. So we adjust the balancing of enhancing effects and also improve the performance of Silver and Golden cards. We would want free players to enjoy the game, too.

5. Changes on Loot Match.
Lots of free players told us that without spending money, its unfair to them to play in Loot Match. Because if they lose, they lose every cards. But they can't take some cards against paid players even after a rough victory. In v1.8, we put
a lot efforts to make this type of match fair again.

6. Why does the value of selling Epic card drop?
To thank for players' support and help players to save costs, we have decided to discount all the shop items including card packs, thus the selling value has been adjusted accordingly.

Thank you for all the players who feedback, contributing ideas and giving support to our game. And we promise we will continue to make Epic Cards Battle better and better.

Thank you for your communication on these changes.

As you've probably seen in my post, I along with all other paying players feel the nerf to enhancing cards is way too drastic. We spent alot for our cards to be powerful and now you have taken away alot of the power.

We strongly feel that you should and could make it easier for new and smaller paying players to access stronger cards and level them up easier. Which you pretty much did with the new card pack and making Ruby price drop. Those are both very good and welcoming. But the weakening of the leveled up cards is too much to us. It is not fair. Let the new players catch up to a certain point but you should not gimp your high spenders.

We currently do not have what we payed for. Please consider helping us.

I have one question and one comment.
Question: why was i given cards, that actually seem useful, when starting out. Only to discover when attempting to use them that i can not use until next version of game and yet game has these same cards in missions to use against me; what is going on?

Comment: i spent nearly $80.00 last week buying gems then purchased as many of the Dominating card packs as possible. While not horrible results of purchases were not great either. But what really bothered me was the very next day in the Rewards section was purchase 500 gems and receive a high end card.
Very bothersome and made me not want to spend anymore money on the card packs.
