Card Enhancement

Hi all,
I can't seem to enhance all cards. The list seems to only show the first few cards. Anyone know how to enhance other cards?

I think what he meant was upgrading Gold and higher cards. You have to tap on the different colored cards on the left side of the card list to select between Silver, Gold, etc.
