Today's epic card

Have you guys see the new epic card that you get I'd you purchase 2,000 diamonds? It's a 10 second spell card that seems to do a decent amount of damage. Thoughts? Worth considering dropping $200 for (plus having a TON of diamonds)?

Edit: Card is named Arcane Blast. Deals (1400-1600)/X special damage to all enemy units. X is the number of al (all?) units on battlefield - 1.

X units -1? But...what damage does it do on a single Unit? Oneshot? XD
We devided through Zero! Card seems a bit strong although it all depends on the cooldown. Then again it's an Epic Card so ofc its strong.

I thought that at first, but it is the number of cards on the field, which means that there will always be at least two (one on each side).

This card I think would be way too weak.
Why?
Let's face it, if you like to play with lots of units in your deck and the enemy has a 6 card or 5 card unit deck, this card would do negligible damage. Now if there are only 2-4 units on the field, the damage is good otherwise it's a waste of a slot.

I wonder what are its stats at level 30.

Maybe lvld up it will do some damage. Dont think its that good

I wonder if it would be good end-game. I've fought three of them so far, and it was dishing out 200 damage to my guys, which made me laugh. I burned them down too quickly in both instances to see, but this could be the crucial difference *IF* each side is sitting with a card or two.

Still, a pretty strong "if".

I'd have to adjust my playstyle with this card, probably play with a super-buff character and keep it healed just so this can do more damage. I dunno... I don't like having to set up my entire deck around one card... and a spell card at that.

Yeah, it's $170... but you get the cards AND the diamonds. I've been looking for a good time to buy some diamonds and buff some of my cards, I was just wondering if this was the right card to do that with. Like I said, I haven't been impressed with the handful I've faced so far, but I can't remember if they've been upgraded or not.

Oh it counts units on both sides? Duh that sucks tbh.
Well at least it's free if you planned to spend that much money anyways, so we can't complain, right?

If you're gonna buy anyway. Maybe find out first if the card sells for 350 diamonds. Lots of things you can do with that =p
