I don't think that will happen. :lol:

Just needed to vent my frustration. Not sure what is the cause for this, my Android phone is fairly new (HTC, 1 year old) and I don't have any problems with my network (4G, not LTE, but at least not with other games...). But it seems this problem has been recurring a bit "too many" times for me, since no one else seems to be complaining about this issue on Ladder. :(

Thanks for the idea/suggestion, I gave it a try this morning but still got a few time outs.

On a brighter note: I force closed the program in one instance and managed to save the match with 20 seconds left to pick my 2nd round.... but I still loss. XD XD XD

I play on WiFi and 4G, depending on the time and where I'm at. I get the time out far too often. What bugs me is that it detects a time-out has occurred, but it takes like 15+_ seconds for the "Okay" button to pop up. Am I the only one?

I've saved my game a few times by closing the program (back button on Android) and restarting. Sadly, I can do that faster than waiting for the acknowledgment button to appear.

I do time out of too many games. :(

You are definitely not alone on this one. Typically when a request time out (RTO) occur to me, the following happens:

The "cancel" button disappears and the progress bar continues to roll (much like when I've found a "match"), except anywhere between 2 to 5 seconds I get "request time out" message. Once the time out message shows, one of three things happens:
1) "OK" button appears immediately;
2) "OK" button decides to "time out" itself for a good 3 to 5 seconds; or
3) "OK" button decides to take an "extended leave" and my game crashes (HO SNAP~!).

I usually hit the "Home" key on my phone, which takes me back to my phone's home page, then proceed to go to Task Manager and kill the program. Pretty much by the time the game reloads/re-login, I have anywhere between 15 to 25 seconds to complete my cards of choice for the 2nd round picks. In most cases, I ended up rushing through and didn't bother looking at what my opponent chose. :oops:

This seems to happen a lot more often after the 1.60/1.61 patch, in particular, during ladder time (I had 3x RTO in 5 minutes yesterday, thankfully there were no matches. Been busy doing CNY stuff today and didn't bother logging on. Hopefully your luck is better today.
