Hi ecb, just wanted to make a comment that would
Definitely improve players opinion on the 10k pack (imho)

Have a guaranteed "diamond or better " in at least one of the pulls. That for me would be a big consolation.


Why?

I've opened at least 10. 2 of my last 4 packs didn't have anything higher than 2stars. (no legends or epics in all pulls what a ripoff) For me if I'm just doing the numbers I'm getting a much smaller amount of rubies vs the much cheaper 2.5k pack.


- ps I like a lot of the changes but I'm still hoping the game would move more towards f2p models so more ppl will play.

Simply stating the odds might help a lot of players not feel like they are getting cheated. Most seem to have an overly optimistic view that they are going to gelt a legend or epic on their first try when in reality it's probably no better than 1 in 50 packs to probably get just one of these rare cards. I would though reassess how easy it is to get these purple cards. If players feel like buying is the only way they are more likely to quit whereas if they can get a few on their own they are probably more compelled to stay in the game and invest a few dollars to collect the rest. I know of some players with 15,000 games under their belt and they own 4 legend cards. I'm actually surprised they're still playing but they clearly love the game. I think if you can come out with another 50 cards or so with 15 or so of these being legend then it would be a lot easier for you to make these cards a tad bit easier to get without someone easily being able to collect them all for free. This would go a long way towards giving the free players more hope and an incentive to maybe stay in the game long enough to buy some diamonds, but at the same time give a good enough incentive for people to still want to buy some packs to get cards quicker.

Momo were begging you to make changes that make this game better for f2p players. Limiting play as well as the ingame currency grind being really rough for free players can only deter them from playing. On top of that, the card packs being very lackluster for their price is also frustrating.

Just make diamond cards easy to get again, and legendary a little bit more so. The chances for diamond+ seems pretty weak. I can not see the harm in letting non-paying players have access to diamond cards. Give em hope and something to stick around for. This is the key to successful games. Games like clash of clans do this well. Free players can definitely enjoy them selves with out being gimped due to match making (your CAP system) and the top players are free to spend and be at the top and fight amongst eachother. And the process of advancing in Clash is enjoyable.

As of now your system only frustrates new and non paying players. U gotta find the balance. I know you are considering the idea of cards exp. And that's great, but card accessibility is also a big issue still. I also realize changes can't happen over night. but please let us know you are helping new players stick around.

I give you guys about $100 a month. But I'm done spending money untill I see improvements for new and non paying players. I'm sorry

Actually i dont even dream about purple cards yet. Just wanna get some good diamond cards. Its a bit off of topic(not about purple and black cards) It was 8x lucky stars packs in a row and only 2 stars or lower come out. . I also have tried 3x crystal pack back then and only get a Moonlight assassin.
I suggest a kind of buying accumlate point.. For example, i might not get any diamond from a few packs but it should record how hard i have tried (or how desperated i am ) as percentage then about maximum 5 packs i can get atleast 1 diamond or so. If i do get one accidentally, the accmulate point will reset.

This is a very good idea.

I feel the changes they have made are set for this patch. So far it sounds great from what Admin is telling us. Let's hope this great game gets better!

Don't spend your coins until the next version - I have about 30k so far but not spending another coin until the ratios improve. Already bought about 7-8 crystal packs so far and got absolutely nothing to show for it!
