after great things you done in v 1.9 here is only 2 things that you miss BIGGG TIMEEE!!!!
1. BUG ON LADDER HARDCORE - trigger cards are useless...
2. ENERGY FOR LADDER MATCHES - you always talk to want make game that free and pay players can enjoy...you talk about game balance...please answer me where is game balance where pay player with any kind of VIP can play more ladder matches than free player??? make no sense...
free player have only 400 energy daily...how do you expect they finish daily mission with that? they need minimum 75 energy for coins pro mode and 150 energy for ladder...this is 225 energy of 400...and now we taking about that with 100% success...i m old free player and i have ratio about 66.6% so if we do math I barely can finish daily mission without card loot...in your defense there is friends energy but trust me is not enough...i have 10 friends and they sending form 30 to 55 energy daily and is not enough...
what about younger free player...maybe they have not 10 friends so they are nowhere...with 30-50% win ratio they only can cry...
if free player have bad day on ladder he can t go back because he have no energy...
with this you only make BIGGGG difference between pay and free players because they are already stronger and they can play more matches..
me as free player had only one strength..play so much ladder that i can go high..and now you take that from me...
please revisit this and please remove energy from ladder!!

This is a pretty good point. Many fee players enjoy ladder bc they can play enough games to get some extra rank. Without this there is no chance for a free player to ever crack the top 20. Even though free players don't pay you must not underestimate their value. Without them there will not be enough people playing ladder and the ladder will become filled with mostly pay players and no fun for other free players who are seeing fewer free players being able to play. These free players will use up most their DP on bet matches likely where they can fair better and focus on getting coins. Without a small taste of victory their is little incentive to buy cars packs because the free player does not feel the enjoyment I f winning. There is value in all players not just payed ones and we need to promote more ladder play for free players so that newcomers to the game have better success in ladder and don't run into top pay players all the time then run and quit the game. Please reconsider this in a future update. I promise you that you have a great product but you must give free players the absolute best chance to still suceed or this game will have reputation of pay to win only and people don't want to invest time and money into that. Some free players may never pay, yes, but they are and important part of the chain nonetheless. Without them the game becomes filled with only pay players and nobody will want to play the game anymore. I hope you get this.

I suggest that you should think over your Diamond spending strategy, i think VIP status more important than purchasing card pack with gold.
(Im also free player, i spent all my diamond for VIP status (VIP 3 atm) in last 4 month)

Admin, trigger bug needs to be fixed ASAP. Is there any work being done on this? your game is half way broken at the moment.
Also, please please please stop this "Give and Take away" method of your improvements. Daily rewards, awesome! But now everything is full price, not the discounted price. Which discounted price is too expensive in the first place. Normal price is just insane.
Prices needs to go down!
Instead of 50 players buying expensive cards, why not 500+ buying less expensive cards? If price is more accessible then soo many more players will buy epics, VIP level, card packs. Its simple economics. Win/Win for everyone. Players are still discouraged because Epics are impossible to come by with out spending HUNDREDS of dollars.
Please, for one month. Cut your prices for everything in HALF. You will see purchases go through the roof!! If it doesn't work, put it back. You have THE BEST GAME on mobile right now. The strategy, art work, community. It is all incredible. But the price to compete is ridiculous. If you had 1000's of players paying what I and others have, then Id shut my mouth. But it is a select few who have payed to get to the top. Please tell your Devs this is holding back the best Card Game on the market right now.

Again, option to boost DP with energy is great idea, thank you. But mandatory energy for Ladder is not smart. I can not believe that the few people who actually use Diamonds for Energy refill can justify this method. It can not be that many people who do this. Maybe 10% of players do? The rest are just frustrated that they cant play their favorite game when they want to. I dont see the point in inhibiting your players' play time.
If someone is not going to pay ( a little or nothing ) for cards, then there is no way they will pay to actually play the game. It is a cheap trick to try and suck Diamonds out of your players. Nobody likes this change. Energy system is not necessary for all games. We love your game and we want to play it.
Admin, you guys are going in the right direction we believe. You listen to us and try to improve. But all changes never come to full benefit of players. Show some love to your players. It will come back to you ten times as much. I promise.

At least those of us with VIP status should get a discount on cards direct. Epics should be no more then $50.

I have stopped playing ladder because Hard core mode is broke. I don't feel I have enough decks or cards to compete. So not being able to use traps severely limits what I can play.
The best thing about ecb? Is the community. So please keep this in mind and listen to us.

First of all, no one can see things in a view that is absolutely neutral. When designing a game system, its very difficult for there are too many factors to consider.
1. To clarify, we don't know how many card games you have played. But ECB is definitely not an expensive TCG. In fact, it's cheaper than the most TCG in market we tested. In a lot of TCG, there is only chances to get high rare cards from drawing cards system. In most scenarios players spend $200 and still couldn't get an decent card, and the game is popular. When you talk about ECB is expensive, you better do a sample test on top grossing TCG games on market.
2. Energy system is not a way to earn. It's to restrict players from overplaying.
Image players could keep playing all day long, and sucking coins from other players.
Besides, from the data, most of the players have enough energy to spend everyday. It's not enough for hardcore players who can spend so many time on game, but its far enough for most players.

i think we are limited with time on ladder so we can t play as long as we want...

You want $100 for an Epic right now with VIP 6. THAT IS EXPENSIVE. Are you kidding? I'm pretty sure I have hit the $1,000 mark for my total on ECB. I still can't get 1st place. If this isnt expensive than I dont know what is. If there are games out there where you spend $200 and cant get a decent card, then that game is broken. That doesnt even make sense. I have played MANY TCG's. Havnt gotten as deep into them as this, but I find it hard to believe they are more expensive than yours.
Do you not agree then, that by making your prices cheaper that more players with buy more diamonds / rubies / cards / VIP levels? Is it not worth a try for you?
I understand not wanting to have players over-play the game. Maybe offer 20 friends to everyone, so that the free players, who have limited energy supply can have more opportunity to get more energy. But you have all the numbers, so maybe it is working fine. I just know from my personal experience and the voices from active players that they are unhappy with mandatory energy in Ladder. Maybe just get rid of that aspect, and keep energy for everything else. Like in 1.8.

Dear ecb you make very valid points about energy especially for coin bet mode. I have never understood energy and wanting to restrict play bit that is a good explanation. Smoki however makes a good point about ladder. Your game revolves around ladder. After campaigns are done there is nothing left but ladder or quit game and say I won. I cannot think of a scenario where ladder is being abused. This is bc you don't get a lot of coins from doing it but maybe you have some inside info on people who are over farming coins somehow. Again gold doesn't go very far in this game from my experience though. You have designed a very good DP system that makes it impossible to win game just by playing the most matches. I'm very impressed as I see guys play only 50 games with a high win rate finish higher than someone who plays 200 games with a much lower win rate. It is a good system that balances playing a lot and winning at a high rate. To me this is fair. And to be fair smoki, yes you can use diamonds to get more VIP. Smoki I am not sure if you are using energy boost or not but toe this is probably a waste of energy for a free player and the boost is usually just a little bit of DP. I see both sides making valid points here but perhaps ecb you can talk more about abuse of energy in ladder system so we better understand how that can happen.
Point two now, cost of game. I am a business owner myself so I understand costs. Often people see what looks like a lot of money but don't understand the over head costs of doing business such as programming, advertising, servers, testing, etc. this is not free and most important is that this game is self sustainable and grows. As owners your goal should be to make the most money. That is how I see business. There are many ways to do so. Sometimes you have a small market and with few people you must charge a lot of money. It is necessary or the whole thing may collapse. Sometimes you have a big market and with a big market you are able to charge less money and have more people participating in the buying process this making more money. I say you will figure it out. But I hope you vary the price of your cards often so you can have the most complete data to find the sweet spot. If one day you offered everything half price you may be surprised if your sales go up 500%. You will figure it out I'm sure. But keep this long term goal in mind is all I ask. If prices are too high your game may peak at a few thousand players. You may never know your games true potential. I am in no position to criticize here bc this is business but I hope you stay open minded about exploring prices. Sometimes it helps to start prices low to help get thousands of people into the game. You can always raise prices later too if demand gets too high.

i m using energy only for 5 wins in pro coins mode now...before 1.9 i used energy for farming 100 or 200 coins...i tried spend energy before ladder because ladder boost me and i didn t want that...now i can contol boost and it s great thing..bad thing i can t play ladder how much i want...
