I jsut started posting stugg in this forum, and i must say i'm strongly discouraged from doing so any more. This admin check to release the posts smells fishy, imo. why is it there?
i find it really annoying, and i cant imagine how a lifely discussion can come up like this.

It's only for new registered users. Otherwise there will be tons of bots and spams in forums.

ok, i see the problem with the bots. so whats the threshold until i can freely post?
and from other forums i know there are other options to handle bots than an admin check, but i guess you guys need to know how you handle this.
