Bonus card for huge CAP difference

I've been in matches with a CAP of 25 and my opponent was at 55.
Needless to say, I knew the outcome of the match before it even started.

I think it would be fair to allow players at such a disadvantage to choose an extra card that would come into play once a spot is open.

This or introduce CAP limits.

I think CAP restrictions are best...seems a good solution to me ( although some people will have to wait longer for a match-up ). But as i'm learning, we all need a good challenge sometimes. I have no epics, but have beaten people with ten or more epics. (in hardcore mode), which is the best way to win.
