Welcome to the game and this is a guideline for new player, maybe you have a better solution or comments please feel free to write down for you and let’s discuss.
First thing first, the reason why I write this guideline is of course to help new player, also is I love this game and is a way to show my devotion to this game. Here I will break down several parts to help new player.
1) What card worth to enhance
As this guideline is mainly aim how to help new player (by all means I assume you
are free player). I will discuss what card worth to enhance. In silver, there is a lot of cards worth to enhance. Here are some of the examples:
a) Succubus: very powerful silver card in the game. It is powerful not only because it’s AOE damage but also if enemy hit you their HP reduced as well. Very good against AOE attacker and red dragon, but very bad vs devil daughter.
b) Ice Elemental: Very decent card in silver. High armor and HP. When enemy hit her, their cd for next attack increase by 2 seconds. Very effective when played against Blade Master and AOE attacker.
c) Apprentice Swordsman: This is one of the most underestimated cards in the game. It does very decent damage on light/unarmored unit and if enemy’s deck has more than 2 light or unarmored unit it became AOE attack.
d) Slaughter: This card is very tricky as if its HP ratio is below 40% it can heal himself when activates. The reason why I picked this card and recommended free player to enhance is it is very good card vs Pierce attack!!! It basically would not die vs one Pierce attack ( or if you are lucky maybe u can win vs two Pierce attack
)e) Skeleton Archer: This card is another tricky card as in first nine second of the game it would not die so quite good.
f) Dual Daggers Rogue: This card can be very annoying card in the game as it has 30% to be unharmed by both Physical and Magical attack. So I guess its okay to upgrade that too.
Now let’s move on to gold card. Here are some of the good cards:
a) Pit trap: This card is one of the strongest cards in the game and yes I can say it again this card is very strong. Why? It basically trapped every unit card which has defensed higher than 30 and in this game very less card is lower than that.
b) Violent Maid: This is a great card vs AOE card and if enemy throws a lot of AOE card, which will be your best counter, so please upgrade it.
c) Kendoka Girl: This card is quite a wild card as all it does is lower highest attack card attack and it is very fast. Very effective against Overlord. One of my secret weapons XD.
d) Treant: This card might be very slow (actually slowest card in the game) but it is very good tank against Threat Attack especially too good vs Diao Chen!
e) Flaming Arrow: One of the most common cards in the game and even high rank player loves it. Fast cool down and high damage on odd cool down unarmored unit.
f) Priest: This card is one of the most favorite cards for free player. High armor and decent HP, and the most important effect of this card is can heal surrounding unit card. Weakness is Flaming Arrow.
For diamond card, here are some of the examples of must enhance cards:
a) Frosthunter: Very decent damage, plus it is fast cool down. Very good against unarmor unit.
b) Blizzard: It is nerfed but it is still very useful card. Very good vs fast cool down unit.
c) Trap detection: One of most important card in the game and I do not think I need to explain it XD
d) Thundergod’s Wrath: Very powerful magic card, every unit card nightmare.
e) Sabotage: Great card vs magic. Has chance to destroy magic card.
2) How to get more rubies:
In this game you have few ways to get rubies, one of the best ways is to finish daily mission. Global game you can finish by practicing quick game. Another way of getting decent rubies is by sacrificing your duplicate card. Usually I keep only two of each card until I’m high level enough. And it’s a good idea not to enhance one or two cards as you need more various cards to play real people. The third way is to join ladder, I recommend you to do that UNTIL YOU ARE HIGH LEVEL ENOUGH (at least level 30, at this level you should have enough cards).
