Completion Strategies?

Okay, I'm stuck!! There are three quests I can't get 3 stars on. Help?

2-1: Seems like I need to one-shot this dude with somebody that attacks in 10 seconds or less. The closest I've got is sicking Jenifer on him, but I haven't been able to put this guy down.

4-3: Holy cow, this woman hits like an out of control truck (especially with needing to use only nature force cards).

4-8: I just need to find the best combination. Any suggestions?

yeah, 2-1 and 4-3 are ridiculous. I can't do it yet either. Don't have anyone to 1 shot him yet, alone.

For 4-3 use three of the golden golden card centaur warrior or 2 with energy twister. Centaur warrior has heavy armor so he only takes 75% damage from her and his attack is melee so it does 150% + 200 due to his ability.
