Slayer attack over calculating?

My face down card was pit trap and destroyed by opposing trap detect. Slayer hit for 970. This seems to me to be an impossible calculation.

heres the math:

1084 (max slayer attack) * 1.0 (restriction bonus does not apply) * 1.0 (armor type) * .8475 (15.25% defense) = 918.7

Yet slayer hits for 970. It is worth noting that i faction bonused at start of battle with four nature cards. However this should not cause slayers attack to exceed 1084 which is the max he can get and does not impact hintress armor.

Unicorn is also calculating incorrectly.

Look closely at screen and it says +150% modifier. Since unicorn has enchanted armor the modifier should be 75% from melee attack. This one credits to player: Justabum

Here's the board. There is nothing to modify slayers attack or devil daughters defense.

Ok so what is slayers highest possible attack vs Devils daughter.

1082 (slayers max attack) * 1.1 (restriction bonus) * 1.0 (armor type) * .7692 (23.08% defense of dd) = 915.5

This is a perfect shot. Yet here is the damage. See next post

967 damage is just not possible unless I have incorrectly calculated this or missed something. Have a hunch it might have something to do with faction bonus before battle but don't think that should affect slayers attack I have calculated this with the 600 max cap bonus he gets so that is maxed out in the calculation.
