Repeated Abuse / Dumping DP / Manipulating Ladder System

We have 0 tolerance for those abuses. They ignore warnings and continue to cheat instead of playing fairly.
As you may know that it's tricky to come up with the perfect solution.
After discussion, we have improved the system to prevent cheating issue.

I don't think it is a good solution what you are proposing.

If you just change the matching system so that players who already lost on purpose to each other will no longer be paired, this opens another door for abuse. Any player could loose purposely on the players he don't like to play, most likely because of loosing most of the time. After a while he would only get matched to the players he could easily win. This "work-around" does not make many sense in the end.

If you really have zero tolerance for abuse, it is time to show this. If warnings did not work, time is up for consequences.

I agree with folken and everyone here,every actions must have consequences. This apply to everything in life. If you steal and got caught you will get punishment, if you use doping in sport you will get punishment, if you cheat on a game you will get punishment. I have been playing online games for 15 years. There is always someone who cheats, but everytime they got caught and got reported they either get banned or account suspended for x weeks/months or at least some punishment in order to teach them to not cheat again.

No way it s pure cheating and cheating need some penalty...in games penalty is warning/ban/ban for life...u said 0 tolerance...than in best case is ban for xy day without ladder..here are some nice pics... all i/we want is fair play.

I agree for ban, just because someone pay doesn't mean he is immune. Or are you trying to protect pay players? I paid as well and need some justice to be done.

你要敬老愛幼，尊重前輩關愛新人當然可以，不過不是這樣的。我們的前輩怎樣關愛新人？他們會指導戰術，解釋卡的利害關系而不是直接送分。你所說的隨機上牌娛樂一把，只有單方面那樣做，說白了不就是免費送分？天梯又不是只有你們幾個人在玩，你們分數讓來讓去影響的不只你們兩個人，其他要拿排名的人可是拼了命在刷，你們遇見熟人就自動棄權，把分數拱手送給朋友，怪不得其他人追不上你。你覺得這樣就很公平？

I thought Chinese culture is big on honor. Where is the honor on making false champion? Losing on purpose is disrespectful to the whole competition.
