Paralysis and sacrefice!!!

i m not asking for your bloody diamonds even you said on library u will give reward for every bug (10-500)

well here is problem...

I can t have paralysis card!!!!! when i get some on packs they are simply not shown among my cards!

yesterday i bought 12 lucky stars and get 3 paralysis...my account says i have 0....

week ago i had 6 paralysis cards and when i tried sacrafice 3 of them they are all gone... from that moment they are not staying on my account...Fix that and all i m asking for is 9 paralysis card that u take from me!!!!!!!

I wrote them 2 Mails about 2 different bugs 24 days ago and still got no answer.
The support once was a lot better and faster.
I hope this will change soon because just imagine you have some real big trouble...
