It's actually an new epic card that comes along with the initial release of ECB 2. It had been hiding in players' game client for nearly 2 years. One of the reason that it hadn't been released is we had changed it's ability multiple times in the past and still couldn't get a best result.

Oh ok, I’ve looked at that dragon on the T3 card pack for a long time and never thought twice about it then I thought I wonder why they never made a card with that art work. That explains it. Are you guys planning to release it soon?

And if you do release it soon, can you please consider making it available in regular packs instead of scrolls?

We are planing to release it in v1.7. As the No. 200 card.
It's already been designed to be the first Speical Epic card.

That’s cool I’m glad you are already thinking about v1.7, is there an approximate time line on its release yet or too early to tell?

Hoping for some cool cards that change the dynamics of the game, maybe a couple good unit cards that can be worked into a starting pro hand, a couple new spells, a couple new cards to deal with spells, and a few surprises, good luck

Dear Bookie. We don't have a timeline to share yet. But will update once we have more info.
We received your suggestions that the focus new cards should address current issues, so we will bear it in mind. (Cards design will always be more and more chanllenging when the cards pool expends. Complexity increases exponentially)
