建议并不是完全正确。高等级玩家与新玩家差距不是由cap决定，而是卡牌丰富度与战斗经验。新玩家几天能也能获得的卡牌组成比较高cap卡组。高等级玩家可以用低cap卡组巧妙打败敌人。
理解你的想法是缩小新玩家在天梯竞技中的劣势。
只不过这个建议的局限性大，同时增加规则复杂性，并不是完全的一个优秀的方案。
